Dr. Oetker Ice-Cream Stracciatella - varied ice creams easily and quickly prepared. No Icecream-Maker required.

Simply add 250 ml of cold milk to a mixing bowl and add the ice cream powder. Mix the mixture with a blender at the lowest speed. Then, turn on the highest level for 3 minutes. If desired, you can refine the ice mass (see Creative ice ideas). Place the cream in a free-standing container, covered in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
It is important to allow the ice to stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature before serving, in order to obtain the delicious creamy consistency.

Sugar, 16% of chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (Lecithine)), dextrose, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, glucose syrup, coconut oil, Sonnenblumenöl, emulsifier (E 472b), LACTOPROTEIN, thickening means (guar gum, Carrageen), aroma.
